Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post job openings and manage job postings across platforms.
- Conduct initial resume reviews to identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate crew scheduling and manage site access forms.
- Schedule drug testing for employees as required.
- Provide assistance in onboarding new hires and managing orientation administration.
- Perform basic reception duties, including answering phones and greeting visitors.
- Backup payroll processing when required during vacations
- Utilize strong MS Office skills to create documents and manage data.
- Maintain strong organizational practices to ensure office efficiency.
- Experience with SAGE 50 and ADP will be considered highly beneficial.
Qualifications:
- Office Administration Certificate is beneficial.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
